All return requests must occur within 30 days of the invoice date, and include an RMA number.
2. Return authorizations are valid for thirty days after their issue date.
3. Return authorization numbers must be clearly marked on the the outside of each carton. Any box without an RMA number on it will be returned to the sender.
4. Return authorizations must be sent freight prepaid. Customers with defective products will be given authorization to use Dunamis Touch Media's shipping account information.
5. All orders refused after shipment or returns of non-defective items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, plus inbound & outbound freight charges.
6. There will be no restocking fee assessed for customer orders of non-defective products when a replacement order for equal or greater value is placed.
7. All non-defective products returned must be in the original condition of the sale; non-saleable products will be returned at the customer's expense.
8. Closeout merchandise and special order products cannot be returned for any reason unless otherwise noted.
9. All defective merchandise will be accepted according to the vendor's guarantee, and newly replaced with the same product that was returned as defective.
10. Dunamis Touch Media's sells only high grade duplication grade blank CD & DVD. If the customer finds a high reject rate when using blank media purchased from Dunamis Touch Media's, the customer needs to investigate the cause and exercise good judgment. Dunamis Touch Media will not accept rejected media that is due to drive incompatibility (running 12x product on a 24x drive) or operator error (putting 78 minutes of audio on a 74 minute capacity disc.)
11. All defective products must be accompanied by a description of the defect. We reserve the right to implement any revisions of the defective merchandise policies from our vendors. Defective products can be tested. If the product is not defective, it will be returned at the customer's expense.

At Dunamis Touch Media, we make every effort to ship orders out as soon as possible. All products are shipping the earliest of 4-6 business days from order date or sooner.

Dunamis Touch Media determines the shipping method for these products. For residential deliveries, we will ship using either via UPS Ground or FedEx. For all other shipments (excluding palletized shipments), we will use UPS Ground. 

For products that do not include free shipping, shipping rates are based on the rates we receive from our carriers.  For many items, expedited and 2-3 days shipping options are available. 

At Dunamis Touch Media, we make every effort to ship orders out as soon as possible. Depending on the products, some items are shipped out within the first business day we receive the orders, Mondays through Fridays. We do our best to keep all equipment we offer available and ready to ship. 

Time of delivery depends solely upon the level of shipping service you select. The UPS Ground estimates that all orders are delivered to the continental United States in a maximum of 4 or 7 business days. 

Shipping rates depend on the selected shipping speed and weight/size of the items.  

The Microboards 4 Recorders: HCL-4000; and 8 Recorders: HCL-8000 come with a Two Years (LTD).

Microboards MicroCare Warranty
MicroCare from Microboards offers the added insurance for your Microboards product in the event of a hardware failure. Should a problem arise, we want you to take comfort in knowing you can have a new unit up and running in 48 hours. By purchasing a MicroCare Rapid Replacement contract, you are guaranteed superb service, and in the event of a return-to-factory repair, we will cross-ship you a new or like-new replacement unit so that you will be up and running within 48 hours, saving you time and preventing loss of profit.

Microboards Extended Warranty
Beyond the initial one year parts and labor warranty Microboards offers an additional 1 and 2 years of depot warranty giving you up to three years of protection. If problems arise, send your unit back to Microboards for repair and Microboards will cover the cost to repair your system and the return shipping. One year or two year extended warranties are available within 30 days from original purchase of Microboards products.
